Burritt's Meat

Customers perusing our meat department have come to expect a clean environment, the freshest products, a wide variety, smiling faces, and prompt and courteous service. We like to cut our steaks thick–no skimping here!

Burritt’s always has a full-service meat cutter on staff, Monday through Saturday, who is eager to cut any product to your exact specifications. Nothing is too difficult for our experts.

We only carry USDA choice or higher meats, and we offer antibiotic-and hormone-free beef as well as fresh local pork, Provimi veal, Pilot lamb, fresh poultry, and meats ground daily. Burritt's also makes all their own sausages, with many varieties of pork and chicken sausage in addition to our smoked sausages, jerky, snack sticks, and more.

Meat Selection:

Beef – Excel brand, exclusively hand-picked, USDA choice or higher

Natural Beef – Midwest, minimally processed, no hormones, no antibiotics, no artificial ingredients

Pork – Valley View Farms in Custer, Michigan, Natural Pork

Lamb – Pilot brand, New Zealand, free range, no hormones, no antibiotics
Domestic Lamb

Poultry – Chicken, no hormones, no antibiotics; duck, turkey, pheasant, Cornish hens, quail, local free-range whole chickens and boneless skinless breast, local Biehl Farms turkeys

Veal – Provini brand, Seamore Wisconsin, no hormones, no antibiotics

Pork sausage – Made with fresh Michigan pork, no MSG
Bratwurst, sweet and hot Italian, fresh Polish, chorizo, cherry pecan, breakfast links, chipotle ranch, beer brats, mushroom brats, philly cheese brats

Turkey sausage – Bratwurst, sweet Italian, breakfast links

Chicken sausage – Made with boneless skinless chicken breast
Basil garlic, feta spinach, tomato Italian, jalapeno, salsa cheddar

Smoked sausage – all sausage made in-house and smoked in one of our two smokehouses
Hot dogs, cheese dogs, jalapeno cheese dogs, bratwurst, jalapeno cheese brats, Polish sausage, Andouille, hunter, hickory, and barbeque sticks
